Born and raised in Guangzhou—the heart of Cantonese cuisine—Pennie Pan carries with her the culinary traditions of a region celebrated for its devotion to fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and refined simplicity. Guided by a lifelong passion to share the authentic taste of true Cantonese cooking, Pennie brought her vision to Sydney, founding the original Steam King Legend in Thomas Street back in 2015.
